At MA Perfume, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at support@maperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned.
